Human Resources Director

Job Responsibilities:

  • Manage hiring for Junior HR, Senior Management, Onboarding, and Logistics staff on ground.
  • Oversee recruiting of gig income workers remotely.
  • Maintain around 40% female staff in senior roles.
  • Increase incentives based on performance.
  • Enforce strict NoAlcohol, NoSmoking, NoDrugs policy.

Requirements:

  • Prior hiring experience.
  • Fluent English with excellent communication skills.
  • Willingness to work across Indian states irrespective of accent.
  • No degree required.

Compensation:

Up to 75,000 INR per month based on prior salary slips, with an initial probation period paying 20,000 INR per month for 3 months.
