Role: Digital Analyst I - Hybrid

The Digital Analyst I is responsible for collecting, cleaning, and analyzing data to support digital operation needs.

What You Will Do

  • Develop actionable analytics and communicate insights via dashboards and visualizations.
  • Integrate data from multiple sources ensuring accuracy and integrity.
  • Manage users and user roles while processing confidential data accurately.
  • Translate complex analyses into actionable recommendations for management.
  • Support targeted digital member engagement and product improvement activities.
  • Document data and reporting processes and provide status reports.
  • Train end users on new reports and dashboards.

Qualifications

Education: Associate's Degree in Business Analytics, Statistics, Mathematics, Marketing Research or similar required, or 3-4 years relevant experience; Bachelor’s Degree preferred.

Experience: 1+ years extracting data using SQL; experience with PowerBI or similar BI tools is preferred.
