Publicity Intern
A24 is looking for one part-time, in-office summer intern to support the Publicity team. Candidates must be available up to 25 hours a week from June 15th to August 13th.
This internship is based in our West Hollywood office. While candidates from any US location are welcome, no relocation benefits are offered.
About the Internship Program
This internship is part of A24’s Summer Undergraduate Internship Program, designed to provide interns with a well-rounded, immersive experience across the organization. In addition to working closely with your assigned team, you’ll participate in structured programming, gain cross-functional exposure, and receive professional development opportunities alongside fellow interns.
Responsibilities
- Breaks/Reviews/Reactions: Research and sweep for title-specific news coverage and online reactions, and format into all related documents.
- Agency Calls: Tune into the weekly title-specific agency calls and take comprehensive notes.
- Updating Grids: Update various grids in a timely manner, including screenings, calendar, travel, and budget spreadsheets.
- Oversee the master press list: Maintain and manage the master press list.
- Miscellaneous admin duties: Perform various administrative tasks as needed to support the team.
Qualifications
- Must be currently pursuing an undergraduate degree.
- Strong interest in Public Relations (PR).
- Detail-oriented with a keen eye for accuracy.
- Quick learner, able to adapt to new tasks and systems efficiently.
- Excellent time management and task prioritizing skills.
- Flexibility (both with availability and adaptability to changes).
- Team player, willing to take on any task, big or small.
- Eager to learn and contribute to a dynamic environment.
Compensation & Application Details
This internship is a part-time role with an hourly rate of $21.00. The application window closes on Monday, March 2, 2026.
