About the Post Production & Delivery Intern Role

A24 is seeking a part-time, in-office Post Production & Delivery Intern for its Summer Undergraduate Internship Program. This internship requires availability up to 25 hours a week from June 15th to August 13th in our West Hollywood office. The program offers a well-rounded, immersive experience, including structured programming, cross-functional exposure, and professional development alongside other interns. While open to US candidates, relocation benefits are not provided.

Key Responsibilities

• Coordinate shipping and track deliveries of various assets.
• Update inventories as film and TV assets move between facilities.
• Log and organize film and TV documents and drives.
• Take meeting notes as requested, ensuring accuracy and completeness.
• Track script coverage, post, VFX, and music elements as needed.
• Research Post and Delivery tools for future initiatives.
• Review localization assets to ensure accuracy.
• Pull clean clips for marketing use, including trailers, TV spots, and social assets.
• Extract high-resolution stills from ProRes files for print vendors.
• Download, ingest, and watermark various video files and documents.
• Assist with anti-piracy initiatives to protect content.
• Support home entertainment metadata management as required.
• Assist with Quality Control (QC) of picture and audio assets.
• Aid in processing EPK footage, handling transcriptions, and distributing links.

Qualifications

• Must be currently pursuing an undergraduate degree.
• Previous experience in a post-production environment or relevant internship experience is required.
• Demonstrated strong attention to detail and excellent follow-through skills.
• Proficient in Adobe Premiere Pro, Microsoft Office Suite, and shipping/receiving processes.

Compensation

This is a part-time role with an hourly rate of $21.00.
