Job Description

The Home Care Business Development Representative (B2B) is responsible for signing strategic, high value home care agencies into the network. This role involves contacting potential agencies, delivering personalized sales presentations, managing the full sales cycle, and ensuring a smooth transition to the onboarding team. The position requires collaboration with Onboarding Specialists, Success Managers, and Care Advisors.

The ideal candidate is a competitive, results-oriented sales professional with a hunter mentality, excellent communication skills, strong follow-up, and analytical capabilities.

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage multiple geographical markets and prospect potential agencies.
  • Present and educate agencies on the value of A Place for Mom’s services.
  • Close new agency deals and manage the full sales cycle.
  • Meet weekly KPIs and monthly sales targets.
  • Document sales activities in the CRM and report progress.
  • Occasional travel may be required.

Qualifications

  • 2+ years of business development and outbound sales experience.
  • Proven success in cold calling, prospecting, and closing deals.
  • Strong organizational, communication, and presentation skills.
  • Experience with CRM tools and data tracking.
  • Bachelor’s degree preferred.

Compensation & Benefits

Base Salary: $50,000 with On Target Earnings of $82,500. Benefits include 401(k) match, dental, health, vision insurance, and paid time off.
