Role Overview: Home Care Business Development Representative

This role focuses on signing strategic, high value home care agencies to the A Place for Mom network by managing multiple geographical markets, cold calling, prospecting and closing deals.

Responsibilities

  • Manage multiple markets and target high potential home care agencies.
  • Conduct cold calling and present personalized sales pitches.
  • Educate agencies on service value and set clear expectations.
  • Maintain detailed CRM records and report weekly accomplishments.
  • Collaborate with onboarding and success teams for smooth transitions.

Qualifications

  • 2+ years of outbound sales and business development experience.
  • Proven cold calling, prospecting, and closing skills.
  • Strong organizational, communication, and data entry skills.
  • Comfortable with CRM, Microsoft, and Google suites.
  • Bachelor’s degree preferred.

Compensation & Benefits

Base Salary: $50,000 with On Target Earnings of $82,500. Benefits include 401(k) with match, dental, health, vision insurance, and paid time off.
