Role Overview: Home Care Business Development Representative
This role focuses on signing strategic, high value home care agencies to the A Place for Mom network by managing multiple geographical markets, cold calling, prospecting and closing deals.
Responsibilities
- Manage multiple markets and target high potential home care agencies.
- Conduct cold calling and present personalized sales pitches.
- Educate agencies on service value and set clear expectations.
- Maintain detailed CRM records and report weekly accomplishments.
- Collaborate with onboarding and success teams for smooth transitions.
Qualifications
- 2+ years of outbound sales and business development experience.
- Proven cold calling, prospecting, and closing skills.
- Strong organizational, communication, and data entry skills.
- Comfortable with CRM, Microsoft, and Google suites.
- Bachelor’s degree preferred.
Compensation & Benefits
Base Salary: $50,000 with On Target Earnings of $82,500. Benefits include 401(k) with match, dental, health, vision insurance, and paid time off.
