Job Overview
The Home Care Business Development Representative is responsible for signing strategic, high-value home care agencies into the A Place for Mom network across multiple geographical markets.
Key Responsibilities
- Cold call and prospect high potential home care agencies.
- Present personalized sales presentations to prospects.
- Manage the full sales cycle from introduction to closing.
- Maintain detailed CRM records of all sales activities.
- Collaborate with onboarding specialists, success managers, and care advisors.
- Meet or exceed weekly KPIs and monthly sales targets.
- Occasional travel may be required.
Qualifications
- 2+ years of sales experience with a strong background in business development.
- Hunter mentality with experience in cold calling and prospecting.
- Excellent communication, presentation, and analytical skills.
- Strong computer skills including proficiency with Microsoft and Google suites.
- Bachelor’s degree preferred.
Compensation & Benefits
- Base Salary of approximately $50,000 with OTE around $82,500.
- 401(k) with match, Dental, Health, and Vision Insurance.
