Job Overview

The Home Care Business Development Representative is responsible for signing strategic, high-value home care agencies into the A Place for Mom network across multiple geographical markets.

Key Responsibilities

  • Cold call and prospect high potential home care agencies.
  • Present personalized sales presentations to prospects.
  • Manage the full sales cycle from introduction to closing.
  • Maintain detailed CRM records of all sales activities.
  • Collaborate with onboarding specialists, success managers, and care advisors.
  • Meet or exceed weekly KPIs and monthly sales targets.
  • Occasional travel may be required.

Qualifications

  • 2+ years of sales experience with a strong background in business development.
  • Hunter mentality with experience in cold calling and prospecting.
  • Excellent communication, presentation, and analytical skills.
  • Strong computer skills including proficiency with Microsoft and Google suites.
  • Bachelor’s degree preferred.

Compensation & Benefits

  • Base Salary of approximately $50,000 with OTE around $82,500.
  • 401(k) with match, Dental, Health, and Vision Insurance.
  • Paid Time Off.
