Job Description
The Home Care Business Development Representative is responsible for signing strategic, high-value home care agencies into the network. This role covers cold calling, personalized sales presentations, signing new agencies, managing the full sales cycle, tracking activities in CRM, and collaborating with internal teams like Onboarding Specialists, Success Managers, and Care Advisors.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage multiple geographical markets and prospect home care agencies.
- Educate potential agencies on A Place for Mom’s value and referral programs.
- Sign on new agencies meeting qualification and regulatory standards.
- Meet or exceed sales targets and KPIs.
- Maintain detailed CRM records and prepare weekly reports.
- Occasional travel may be required.
Qualifications
- 2+ years of sales experience in business development and outbound sales.
- Proven success in cold calling, prospecting, and closing deals.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills with strong analytical ability.
- Proficiency in CRM tools, Microsoft, and Google suites.
- Bachelor’s degree preferred.
Compensation & Benefits
Base Salary: $50,000 with On Target Earnings of $82,500. Benefits include 401(k) with match, dental, health, vision insurance, and paid time off.
