Job Overview
The Home Care Business Development Representative (also known as Home Care Acquisition Manager) plays a crucial role in signing strategic home care agencies into the network. This role involves targeted outreach, personalized sales presentations, and collaboration with various departments to ensure a seamless onboarding process.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage multiple geographical markets with a targeted list of high potential home care agencies.
- Conduct cold calling and prospecting to generate new leads.
- Present personalized sales presentations highlighting immediate value.
- Oversee the full sales cycle from prospecting to closing deals.
- Document all sales activities in the CRM and prepare weekly reports.
- Collaborate with Onboarding Specialists, Success Managers, and Care Advisors.
- Occasionally travel as required.
Who You Are
The ideal candidate is competitive, results-oriented, and possesses a hunter mentality. Strong communication skills, both written and verbal, combined with excellent analytical and follow-up skills are essential for success in this role.
Qualifications
- 2+ years of sales and business development experience.
- Proven success in outbound sales and cold calling.
- Exceptional communication and presentation abilities.
- Proficiency with CRM tools and data tracking.
- Bachelor’s degree preferred.
Compensation & Benefits
- Base Salary: $50,000 with On Target Earnings of $82,500.
