Job Overview
The B2B Business Development Manager (also referred to in the role as Home Care Acquisition Manager) is responsible for signing strategic, high-value home care agencies into the A Place for Mom network. This role targets multiple geographical markets and works closely with Onboarding Specialists, Success Managers and Care Advisors to ensure smooth transitions for new agencies.

Responsibilities
- Manage multiple regions with a targeted portfolio of high potential home care agencies.
- Educate potential agencies on A Place for Mom’s value and set clear expectations.
- Sign on agencies meeting customer qualifications and regulatory requirements.
- Meet or exceed weekly KPIs and monthly sales goals.
- Ensure a smooth transition by collecting necessary data for onboarding.
- Maintain detailed notes and document all sales activities in the CRM.
- Collaborate and report weekly accomplishments to the Manager of Home Care Acquisitions.
- Occasional travel may be required.
Qualifications
- 3+ years of sales experience, preferably in the senior care or home care industry.
- Proven hunter mentality with a strong sense of urgency.
- Highly organized and able to prioritize multiple tasks.
- Proficient in CRM, Microsoft, and Google suites.
- Bachelor’s degree preferred.
Compensation & Benefits
- Base Salary: 50000
- On Target Earnings: 82500 (including variable bonus)
