The Role: B2B Business Development Manager

This position focuses on signing strategic, high value home care agencies to the A Place for Mom network. You will reach out to a targeted portfolio of agencies, deliver personalized sales presentations, and collaborate with onboarding, success, and care teams to ensure smooth integration.

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage multiple geographical markets and identify high-potential agencies.
  • Educate agencies on A Place for Mom’s value and referral programs.
  • Sign new agencies that meet customer and regulatory requirements.
  • Maintain detailed sales activity records in CRM systems.
  • Collaborate with internal teams including Onboarding Specialists, Success Managers, and Care Advisors.
  • Prepare regular reports and achieve set KPIs and monthly goals.
  • Occasional travel may be required.

Qualifications

  • 3+ years of sales experience, ideally in senior or home care industries.
  • Hunter mentality with excellent communication and presentation skills.
  • Strong organizational skills with effective CRM and data tracking abilities.
  • Bachelor’s degree preferred.

Compensation & Benefits

  • Base Salary: $50,000
  • On Target Earnings: $82,500 including uncapped bonus
  • 401(k) with match, Dental, Health and Vision Insurance, Paid Time Off
