The Role: B2B Business Development Manager
This position focuses on signing strategic, high value home care agencies to the A Place for Mom network. You will reach out to a targeted portfolio of agencies, deliver personalized sales presentations, and collaborate with onboarding, success, and care teams to ensure smooth integration.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage multiple geographical markets and identify high-potential agencies.
- Educate agencies on A Place for Mom’s value and referral programs.
- Sign new agencies that meet customer and regulatory requirements.
- Maintain detailed sales activity records in CRM systems.
- Collaborate with internal teams including Onboarding Specialists, Success Managers, and Care Advisors.
- Prepare regular reports and achieve set KPIs and monthly goals.
- Occasional travel may be required.
Qualifications
- 3+ years of sales experience, ideally in senior or home care industries.
- Hunter mentality with excellent communication and presentation skills.
- Strong organizational skills with effective CRM and data tracking abilities.
- Bachelor’s degree preferred.
Compensation & Benefits
- Base Salary: $50,000
- On Target Earnings: $82,500 including uncapped bonus
- 401(k) with match, Dental, Health and Vision Insurance, Paid Time Off
