Job Overview
As a B2B Business Development Manager (Home Care Acquisition Manager), you will sign strategic high-value home care agencies to the network. You will manage multiple geographical markets and work closely with Onboarding Specialists, Success Managers, and Care Advisors.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage multiple markets with targeted home care agency lists.
- Present personalized sales presentations showcasing immediate value.
- Sign new agencies meeting company qualifications and regulatory standards.
- Document all sales activity and maintain CRM details.
- Collaborate with team members and prepare weekly achievement reports.
- Occasional travel required.
Who You Are
The ideal candidate is a competitive, results-oriented salesperson with a hunter mentality. Excellent verbal and written communication, analytical skills, and strong CRM proficiency are required.
Qualifications
- 3+ years sales experience, preferably in senior or home care.
- Highly organized and capable of prioritizing multiple responsibilities.
- Strong communication, presentation, and customer service skills.
- Proficient with CRM tools and Microsoft/Google suites.
Education & Compensation
Bachelor’s degree preferred. Base Salary of $50,000 with On Target Earnings of $82,500.
