About The Role: Product Marketing Manager

The Product Marketing Manager, ASCEND at A-LIGN independently and collaboratively executes department activities, driving strategic growth for A-LIGN’s audit management platform. You will be responsible for executing go-to-market tactics, defining messaging, and leading demand generation initiatives that shape how our software is perceived in the market. This role demands exceptional creative strategies and deep B2B SaaS expertise to foster the continued growth of our fast-paced company through compelling narratives. As a Product Marketing Manager, you will support cross-functional collaboration with Sales, Product Management, and Service Delivery to elevate brand awareness and drive significant pipeline growth for A-LIGN.

Responsibilities

  • Craft compelling messaging frameworks for our audit management platform, A-SCEND.
  • Develop enablement materials such as pitch decks, one sheets, battlecards, discovery guides, and objection-handling resources.
  • Engage regularly with customers to validate messaging and positioning, while proactively identifying emerging industry trends.
  • Serve as the internal marketing expert on the competitive technology and partner ecosystem to enable strategic programming and differentiated positioning.
  • Maintain deep market awareness, including regulatory shifts and standard changes, and translate insights into actionable GTM strategies.
  • Collaborate cross-functionally with service delivery, sales enablement, sales, and marketing to execute integrated go-to-market plans.
  • Partner with demand generation teams to design and launch campaigns that drive awareness and customer retention.

Minimum Qualifications

Education

  • Bachelor’s degree in marketing, business, or other relevant fields preferred.

Experience

  • 5+ years of product marketing experience, including 3+ years focused in the B2B SaaS space.
  • Proven experience with product launch frameworks and go-to-market planning.
  • Demonstrated success in developing messaging frameworks and creating effective sales enablement content.

Skills

  • Proven ability to collaborate and influence cross-functional teams in a fast-paced environment.
  • Exceptional written and verbal communication skills, with a focus on clarity, persuasion, and audience alignment.
  • Proficiency using AI and analytics tools to uncover customer insights and accelerate value delivery.
