9AV Productions, a dynamic social media content production startup, is seeking an exceptional Motion Graphics Editor for reels and long-form content. The ideal candidate will possess strong skills in After Effects and motion graphics, coupled with a creative vision to produce viral, scroll-stopping content for India's top brands. This role demands speed and efficiency, with an expectation to edit at least 75 videos per month.
Key Responsibilities
- Stitch raw video footages as per storyboards, transforming them into engaging, viral videos.
- Enhance visuals through expert pacing, motion graphics, precise color grading, impactful sound design, creative effects, and aesthetic typographical placement to elevate overall production quality.
- Collaborate closely with creative strategists to bring their vision to life on screen.
- Maintain a keen eye on emerging formats, transitions, and storytelling styles to ensure our content remains fresh and exciting.
- Generate AI videos as per project requirements.
- Manage multiple video projects efficiently while maintaining exceptional attention to detail and meeting tight deadlines.
Must-Have Skills
- Proficiency in speed ramping and velocity edits.
- Expertise in motion graphics.
- Strong command of Adobe Premiere Pro, Final Cut Pro, Adobe Creative Suite, Adobe After Effects, DaVinci Resolve, or similar video editing software.
- Solid understanding of direct response ad principles, including effective hooks, pattern interrupts, CTAs, and pacing.
- Ability to generate AI footages.
