About the Role
This Part-Time Social Media Coordinator role is equal parts community care, content support, and performance visibility. You'll keep conversations moving, content flowing, and insights visible so our Social Media Manager can focus on strategy and storytelling. This role will is part-time, with an average of 15 hrs per week.

What You'll Do
- Manage day-to-day community engagement by monitoring and responding to comments, direct messages, and mentions across social platforms, escalating sensitive issues and sharing audience insights with internal teams.
- Support social performance tracking by pulling weekly and monthly reports, monitoring key metrics, maintaining tagging accuracy, and surfacing trends, anomalies, and insights.
- Monitor social and cultural trends across platforms to identify relevant opportunities and contribute examples to the team's inspiration and trend tracking resources.
- Assist with content publishing by scheduling approved posts in Sprout, ensuring captions, visuals, links, and tags are accurate and aligned with brand standards.

- Experience managing or supporting brand social media accounts
- Comfort working in Sprout Social or similar publishing and reporting tools
- Strong attention to detail and follow-through
- Clear written communication and good judgment around tone and escalation
- Ability to work independently while staying aligned with brand guidelines
