About the Role
The Customer Success Specialist, Strategic Accounts, at 8am plays a critical role in supporting the long-term success of our largest and most complex customers. Working alongside Customer Success Managers and cross-functional teams, you will ensure Strategic Accounts receive exceptional day-to-day support, proactive guidance, and high-quality customer experiences throughout their lifecycle.
This role blends product expertise, problem-solving, operational excellence, and customer engagement to drive adoption, satisfaction, and value realization. You will serve as a trusted resource, helping customers maximize 8am's solutions while providing internal teams with accurate insights into account health, risks, and opportunities.
What You'll Do
- Provide proactive, high-touch support and resolve product inquiries.
- Build strong relationships with end users and administrators.
- Drive product adoption by educating customers on features and best practices.
- Collaborate with Customer Success, Product, and Engineering teams.
- Maintain operational excellence by documenting activities and tracking key metrics.
About You
You have 1-2+ years in a customer-facing role such as Customer Success, Account Management, Support, or Business Development. With strong relationship-building and problem-solving skills, you can communicate clearly and adapt quickly in a dynamic environment. Experience with SaaS platforms and AI tools is preferred, and legal tech exposure is a plus.
