What You’ll Do as a Senior Data Analyst

• Lead end-to-end analytics and data science projects for clients, managing everything from initial scoping to final delivery.
• Conduct advanced data analysis, perform deep investigations, and spearhead data visualization initiatives to uncover critical insights.
• Design and provide support for data integration and ETL development projects, ensuring robust data pipelines.
• Build statistical models and actively contribute to machine learning initiatives, advancing client capabilities.
• Research and rigorously evaluate emerging technologies and methodologies to continuously strengthen internal analytics capabilities.
• Serve as a player-coach, effectively mentoring junior analysts and fostering the development of internal best practices.
• Collaborate directly and extensively with clients to accurately translate complex business challenges into clear, actionable data solutions.

Qualifications for the Senior Data Analyst Position

• Bachelor’s degree in Analytics, Economics, Mathematics, Computer Science, or a closely related quantitative field.
• 3–5 years of relevant professional experience specifically in data analytics.
• Strong SQL proficiency is a mandatory requirement.
• Experience with R or Python programming languages is preferred.
• Advanced proficiency in leading BI tools such as Tableau, Power BI, or Looker.
• Demonstrated ability to lead projects independently and effectively guide junior team members.
• Exceptional analytical thinking and robust problem-solving skills.
• A strong intellectual curiosity for emerging analytics tools and strategic methodologies.
• Familiarity with modern data stack tools including ETL platforms (e.g., Stitch, Rivery, Fivetran), cloud data warehouses (e.g., BigQuery, Redshift, Snowflake), and leading BI platforms.

Compensation & Benefits

The base salary for this Senior Data Analyst role ranges from $90,000 to $120,000 per year. Additional compensation may include various bonus opportunities, and comprehensive benefits are offered, with eligibility varying based on company policy.
