The Role

As a People & Culture Specialist, you will be at the heart of our organization, managing the full employee journey from hiring to offboarding. You will work closely with leadership and support teams across our multi-location environment, integrating structure with empathy and systems with culture.

What You’ll Do

  • Lead day-to-day people operations across all business units.
  • Manage the full employee lifecycle: recruitment, onboarding, development, performance and offboarding.
  • Build and maintain people processes, systems, and documentation for compliance and efficiency.
  • Partner with leadership to foster a transparent and high-performance culture.
  • Coordinate training, team-building, and wellness initiatives.
  • Oversee payroll coordination, contracts, and benefits administration with external providers.
  • Act as a go-to person for employee relations with empathy and professionalism.
  • Continuously improve our people experience and employer brand.

What We’re Looking For

  • A people-first mindset with strong trust-building skills.
  • Solid understanding of HR fundamentals, employment practices, and people operations.
  • Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.
  • Outstanding communication in both Croatian and English.
  • 1-3 years of experience in HR, people operations, or culture management.
  • Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business, Psychology, or related field preferred.
