Senior Manager, Product Design at 6sense

Our Mission: 6sense is on a mission to revolutionize how B2B organizations create revenue by predicting customers most likely to buy and recommending the best course of action to engage anonymous buying teams. 6sense Revenue AI is the only sales and marketing platform to unlock the ability to create, manage and convert high-quality pipeline to revenue.

Our People: People are the heart and soul of 6sense. We serve with passion and purpose. We live by our Being 6sense values of Accountability, Growth Mindset, Integrity, Fun and One Team. Every 6sensor plays a part in defining the future of our industry-leading technology. 6sense is a place where difference-makers roll up their sleeves, take risks, act with integrity, and measure success by the value we create for our customers. We want 6sense to be the best chapter of your career.

The Role:

We’re hiring a Senior Manager, Product Design to lead a team shaping the user experience for our highly rated and well-loved Revenue Marketing product. You’ll work closely with Product Management leaders, Engineering, UX Research, and Content Design to tackle high-impact problems, building tools that help B2B revenue teams work smarter, faster, and more effectively. You’ll also play a key role in scaling our design team, systems, and processes.

What You’ll Do

  • Lead and mentor a geographically distributed team of product designers across multiple product areas and workstreams
  • Guide the team in the execution of product design priorities in partnership with cross-functional teams
  • Oversee the design of complex enterprise workflows and data visualizations
  • Ensure designs are usable, scalable, and aligned with both user and business needs
  • Promote consistent use of the design system across your team’s work
  • Advocate for the voice of the customer through research and feedback loops
  • Hire, onboard, and develop designers, fostering a culture of collaboration and continuous improvement
  • Support broader UX Department initiatives by helping improve team processes, strengthen design culture, and contribute to ongoing upskilling and professional development efforts

What You Bring

  • Experience managing product designers, ideally across distributed teams
  • Passion for simplifying complexity, communicating without jargon, and designing cohesive cross-product workflows
  • Deep experience designing enterprise software or B2B SaaS platforms—especially those with complex data, workflows, or user roles
  • Experience driving design initiatives from discovery through delivery
  • Strength in UX strategy, interaction design, and systems thinking
  • Strong communication and stakeholder management skills; able to navigate ambiguity and advocate for design at every level
  • Proficiency with modern design tools like Figma, and comfort working with distributed teams

Bonus Points:

  • Familiarity with revenue technology, sales enablement, or marketing automation platforms
  • Experience leading an all-remote team (not just hybrid)
  • Experience designing for AI-driven or data-rich products
