The Role: Digital Marketing Manager
6sense is looking for a Digital Marketing Manager with a passion for digital strategy, conversion optimization, analytics, and driving pipeline. This is a key role at 6sense, supporting our entire marketing organization. This position will manage our website, create landing pages, test to optimize conversions and performance, create personalized website experiences, and report on outcomes with GA4 and similar tools.
Key Responsibilities
- Partner with marketing team members to guide them in best practices and possibilities for custom landing pages supporting events and campaigns.
- Day-to-day management of the WordPress website.
- Create custom high-performing pages, including testing various copy and layouts.
- Manage website personalization tools.
- Manage AI agents with a goal of maximizing conversions.
- Report on website performance.
- Continually test to drive higher performance across the website.
- Work closely with the content team on AEO/SEO initiatives, including technical and content updates across the site.
Required Qualifications
- 5-7 years of experience.
- Strong organizational skills and ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
- Strong interest in CRO and ability to self-identify and execute tests.
- Understanding of ABM technologies and how to execute.
- Experience with WordPress and website management, including building pages, working closely with web designers, reporting, and analytics.
- Knowledge of SEO/AEO technical best practices.
- Experience with Google Analytics 4 and Tag Manager.
- Experience with Qualified or similar conversational AI platforms.
- Experience with Trendemon, Mutiny, or other website personalization tools.
Desired Skills
- Experience with Salesforce or other CRM.
- Experience with an attribution platform.
- Experience with LinkedIn Advertising.
- Experience with Google Ads.
Compensation and Benefits
This position offers a base salary range of $107,096.25 - $157,074.50. Actual salaries may vary based on factors like work location and experience. The base salary is one component of 6sense’s total compensation, which may also include a bonus program or commission plan, and stock options. 6sense provides generous health insurance, life and disability insurance, a 401K employer matching program, paid holidays, self-care days, and paid time off (PTO). Full-time employees also benefit from paid parental leave.
