Role: SAAS Tools Administrator
We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced SAAS Tools Administrator to manage, secure, and optimize our portfolio of enterprise SaaS applications. This role will own the administration, automation, integration, and governance of SaaS platforms used across the organization, ensuring scalability, security, and an excellent employee experience. The ideal candidate has strong hands-on experience with SaaS administration, identity and access management, API integrations, automation, and security best practices.
Key Responsibilities
- SaaS Application Administration
- Administer and optimize enterprise SaaS applications across IT, HR, Finance, Sales, and Engineering teams
- Configure application settings, permissions, workflows, and policies to meet business requirements
- Monitor SaaS application performance, availability, and security, resolving issues promptly
- Google Workspace Administration
- Manage Google Workspace users, groups, licenses, and security settings
- Support Gmail, Drive, Calendar, Meet, and collaboration tools
- Ensure data integrity, compliance, and secure access across the Google ecosystem
- Microsoft 365 Administration
- Administer Microsoft 365 services including Azure Entra ID, Exchange Online, SharePoint Online, Teams, and Office applications
- Manage user access, licenses, security policies, and compliance controls
- Atlassian Tools (Jira & Confluence)
- Administer Jira Service Management, including workflows, issue types, SLAs, queues, and permissions
- Manage Jira platform configurations such as screens, custom fields, and reports
- Administer Confluence spaces, templates, permissions, and integrations with Jira
- Business & Productivity Tools
- Salesforce: Manage users, profiles, roles, permissions, workflows, reports, and dashboards
- Rippling: Support HR, IT, and Finance workflows including onboarding, offboarding, and device provisioning
- GitHub: Manage repositories, user access, teams, and security settings
- Slack: Administer workspaces, channels, integrations, security, and compliance settings
- Asana: Configure projects, workflows, roles, and custom fields for project management
- Navan: Manage travel and expense configurations, user profiles, and integrations
- OutReach: Support sales engagement workflows, sequences, and CRM integrations
- Lucid (Lucidchart & Lucidspark): Manage users, team folders, templates, and integrations
- Identity, Access & Security
- Implement and manage user provisioning and de-provisioning using industry best practices
- Apply the Principle of Least Privilege across all SaaS tools
- Conduct periodic access reviews and audits to ensure compliance and security
- Implement and maintain Data Loss Prevention (DLP) policies
- Automation & Integrations
- Develop and maintain automation using APIs, scripting, and CLI tools
- Build and troubleshoot API integrations between SaaS platforms to enable seamless data flow
- Use scripting languages such as Python or PowerShell to automate repetitive tasks
- Documentation & Collaboration
- Create and maintain detailed documentation, SOPs, and runbooks for SaaS tools
- Collaborate with IT, Security, HR, Sales, Marketing, and Engineering teams
- Provide technical guidance and best practices to end users and stakeholders
Qualifications
- Required
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or equivalent practical experience
- 5+ years of experience in SaaS administration and enterprise application management
- Hands-on experience administering multiple SaaS platforms
- Strong knowledge of identity management, user provisioning, and access lifecycle (SCIM, JIT, SSO)
- Strong experience with API integrations, REST APIs, and webhooks
- Proficiency in scripting and automation (Python, PowerShell, or similar)
- Strong understanding of SaaS security best practices and compliance
- Excellent problem-solving, communication, and collaboration skills
- Preferred Qualifications
- Experience working in high-growth or multi-tool SaaS environments
- Strong understanding of audit, compliance, and access governance
- Ability to design scalable onboarding and offboarding automation
- Prior experience working closely with Security and IAM teams
