Overview of Role

The Digital Workspace Architect will serve as the principal technical authority, leading high-impact digital transformation initiatives. This role involves architecting and executing large-scale platform migrations from Microsoft 365 to Google Workspace, along with pioneering advanced automation and AI solutions. You will engage in complex migrations, develop robust workflows with Google Apps Script, AppSheet, and Vertex AI, and play a critical client-facing role in pre-sales advisory.

Responsibilities

• Strategic Solution Architecture & Delivery: Lead enterprise-scale data migrations and architect sophisticated solutions with Google Apps Script, APIs, low-code platforms, and AI frameworks.
• Design and implement AI Agent solutions, including workflows, tool integrations, and governance models.
• Develop robust security frameworks and technical roadmaps for platform migrations and AI-driven solutions.
• Pre-Sales & Client Advisory: Act as a technical strategist during pre-sales and client workshops, contributing to proposals and SOWs.
• Practice Development & Thought Leadership: Mentor teams, drive best practices, and contribute to new service offerings and intellectual property development.

Qualifications

• 6+ years of experience in enterprise-scale technology solutions and migrations.
• Proven experience with large-scale migrations from Microsoft 365 to Google Workspace.
• Expert level knowledge in Microsoft 365 and deep proficiency with Google Workspace.
• Hands-on development with Google Apps Script and API integrations.
• Experience in client-facing pre-sales roles and technical documentation.
• Ability to travel up to 25% for client workshops and meetings.
• Certifications in relevant cloud and workspace administration domains.

Preferred Skills

• Experience using Google Cloud Platform services for custom integrations.
• Expertise in architecting AI-driven solutions using Vertex AI and related tools.
• Advanced certifications in Microsoft and Google cloud technologies.
