About the Role
As an Engagement Manager (Contract to FTE), you will act as a client partner and impact strategist. Joining our dynamic Services team on a 5-month contract with potential for full-time conversion, you will manage client relationships, scope new projects, shape research strategies, and ensure high quality delivery.
What You'll Do
- Be the Trusted Advisor: Own client relationships and translate needs into actionable research.
- Shape the Work: Lead project scoping and develop survey and analysis plans.
- Ensure Excellence: Oversee project execution ensuring quality and alignment.
- Turn Data into Insight: Contribute to final deliverables with context and recommendations.
- Navigate the Details: Manage key contract components while coordinating with Sales and Finance teams.
- Spot New Opportunities: Identify ways to deepen client relationships and support renewals or cross-sells.
Who You Are
You bring 5-7 years of experience managing complex client relationships, ideally in consulting, research, social impact, or mission-driven contexts. A clear and empathetic communicator, you have experience creating client-facing materials and leading strategic research projects end-to-end. You are intellectually curious, impact-driven, and comfortable working in a collaborative, global, fast-paced environment. Experience in research, evaluation, or impact measurement is a bonus.
