Overview
As a Thai English Gaming Support Agent at 5CA, you will handle customer support for an assigned game studio. You will assist players with account, technical, purchase, and gameplay issues while keeping up with client projects and updates.
Key Responsibilities
- Respond to gaming support issues via chat and email.
- Troubleshoot account and technical problems.
- Assist with purchase-related and gameplay queries.
- Stay informed about new and past game releases.
- Collaborate with team leads and operations managers.
About You
You speak Thai at an advanced level and English at an intermediate level. You are passionate about gaming and own a modern gaming system such as a PS4, PS5, Xbox, Nintendo Switch, or gaming PC. You are a fast learner, proactive, and have a dedicated quiet workspace. Customer service experience is a plus.
Technical Requirements
- Minimum internet speed: 15 Mb/s download and upload with Latency < 120 ms
- 8 GB RAM, Windows 11 (non-S Mode recommended)
