About the Role

As a Japanese English Gaming Support Agent at Japanese English Gaming Support Agent, you will handle customer support issues for an assigned game studio. You will assist players with account, technical, purchase, and gameplay-related queries. You will work with a team of agents under the guidance of a Team Lead and an Operations Manager while taking training modules to enhance your skills.

About You

You must speak Japanese at an advanced level (C1 minimum) and English at an intermediate level (B2 minimum). You should have in-depth gaming knowledge and a passion for video games. You are required to have access to a modern gaming system (PS4, PS5, Xbox One, Xbox Series X, Nintendo Switch, or a modern gaming PC/laptop) and a dedicated quiet workspace. Customer service experience is a plus.

Technical Requirements

  • Minimum internet speed: 15 Mb/s download, 15 Mb/s upload (Latency < 120 ms)
  • At least 8 GB RAM
  • Windows 11 (non-S Mode) or macOS 13.0+
  • Processor: Intel i5-8400 or stronger (8th Gen Intel or above; if Ryzen, 2nd Gen or above)
  • GPU: GTX 760 or stronger
  • Smartphone for two-factor authentication (Android 10.0+/iOS 16.0+)
