Italian English Gaming Support Agent
As a Gaming Support Agent at 5CA, you will handle customer support issues for an assigned game studio. You will help players with account and technical issues and resolve purchase- and gameplay-related queries. You will work with a team of agents under the guidance of a Team Lead and an Operations Manager, while taking training modules that help you grow and enhance your skills.
About You
You speak Italian and English at an advanced level and have in-depth gaming knowledge. You love video games and own a modern console or gaming PC. You are a fast learner, take initiative, and excel at troubleshooting. A dedicated quiet workspace and, optionally, customer service experience will help you succeed.
Technical Requirements
- Minimum internet speed: 15 Mb/s download and upload
- At least 8 GB RAM
- Windows 11 (non-S Mode) or macOS 13.0+
- Processor: Intel i5-8400 or equivalent (8th Gen Intel or above, or Ryzen 2nd Gen+)
- GPU: GTX 760 or equivalent with a G3D Rating of 4806+
- Smartphone for two-factor authentication with Android 10.0+ or iOS 16.0+
