About the English Customer Support Agent Role at 5CA

As an English Customer Support Agent at 5CA, you will be a vital part of a large international team, delivering exceptional customer service for multinational Consumer electronics and E-commerce companies. Your primary responsibility will involve direct interaction with customers across various channels including email, live chat, social media, and phone. You will be at the forefront, calmly troubleshooting issues and providing critical assistance when customers need it most. 5CA is committed to your growth, offering assisted training to help you continuously develop and refine your skills, ensuring you provide the highest level of customer support to our clients and their customers.

About You

  • You possess advanced English language skills (minimum C1 level).
  • You are located in Albania, Algeria, Kosovo, Morocco, Nigeria, or Tunisia.
  • You have a keen interest in E-commerce, consumer electronics, and customer satisfaction.
  • You are receptive to working with new technologies and products.
  • You are a quick learner, proactive, and skilled in troubleshooting.
  • You maintain a dedicated, quiet workspace within your home.
  • You are comfortable assisting customers over the phone.
  • (Optional) Prior experience in a customer service environment is considered a plus.

Technical Requirements

  • A minimum internet speed of 15 Mb/s download and 15 Mb/s upload with Latency <120 ms, internationally.
  • A minimum of 8 GB RAM.
  • Windows 11 (All editions except Windows S Mode), or macOS 13.0 or newer.
  • A processor with a CPU Mark of at least 7368 or higher (e.g., i5-8300H or equivalent, 8th Gen Intel or above, or 2nd Gen Ryzen or above).
  • An Integrated Graphics card.
  • A smartphone capable of two-factor authentication, running at least Android 10.0 or Apple iOS 16.0.
