About the Role
As a Customer Support Agent at 5CA, you will provide customer service support for multinational consumer electronics and e-commerce companies. You will be on the front line communicating with customers via email, live chat, social media, and phone. Your role involves calmly troubleshooting issues and offering helpful solutions when customers need it most.
About You
You speak Cantonese, write in Traditional Chinese, and speak English at an advanced level. You have an interest in e-commerce, consumer electronics, and customer satisfaction. Being a fast learner who takes initiative and excels at troubleshooting is key. A dedicated quiet workspace at your residence is required. Experience in a customer service environment is a plus.
