Job Description

About the Role

To obtain private building rights for high-voltage power lines and associated facilities, I secure the necessary property rights. This full-time, permanent position is located in Berlin, with a flexible start date.

What makes this job interesting for me: For years, 50Hertz Transmission GmbH has been creating the conditions for a successful energy transition. In the AC-Grid Easements team, I can become part of the '100 percent Renewable Energy by 2032' vision by being responsible for acquiring line rights for the construction of high-voltage power lines.

I am involved in property-related questions during the planning of line routes and coordinate with property-relevant stakeholders. My strong communication skills and, where necessary, assertiveness are critical for success here. To manage my tasks, I will commission and control external service providers. In the event of unsuccessful negotiations, I will independently initiate and successfully conduct toleration and compulsory encumbrance procedures. This role demands a high degree of responsibility and willingness to make decisions.
