437 is seeking a Junior Design Intern to join their dynamic team. This entry-level role provides crucial support within the design department, focusing on execution, organization, and ensuring production readiness. The primary goal of this position is to alleviate operational tasks for senior designers, thereby accelerating seasonal development through precise CAD updates, meticulous file management, and diligent sample tracking. This is a structured execution role, emphasizing accuracy and adherence to direction rather than concept generation or trend forecasting.

Core Responsibilities

• CAD + Design Execution Support: Update CADs based on clear senior direction (colorways, proportion edits, minor design revisions).
• Prepare clean, consistent flats for internal reviews and line sheets.
• Assist in repeating styles across multiple colorways and seasonal updates.
• Ensure all CAD files are correctly formatted and presentation-ready.
• Tech Pack & Data Support: Assist in building and updating tech packs (BOM updates, basic callouts, spec entry).
• Input corrections from fittings and update documents accurately.
• Maintain consistency between CADs, tech packs, and line lists.
• Sample Tracking Support: Track samples across development stages and update status logs.
• Organize incoming/outgoing samples and maintain sample library.
• Flag missing, delayed, or inconsistent samples.
• File + System Maintenance: Maintain clean folder structures and version control (no duplicate files).
• Keep seasonal line lists and trackers updated daily.
• Ensure naming conventions and document organization are followed consistently.
