This is a full-time position (38.5 hours) located in Wels. We are looking for the heart and soul of our new campus in Wels: a talented communicator who can not only organize but also inspire. You are a host, feel-good manager, and networker all rolled into one. You will work closely with the team in Vienna to ensure consistent quality and support while giving the new campus its own unique spirit.Your Mission
- Pioneering work: Build the local community from scratch and bring our new campus to life.
- Host & Hub: Be the first point of contact for students and guests, creating a welcoming and productive atmosphere.
- Ambassador: Spread the spirit of 42, anchor us in the Wels community, and inspire future talent.
Your Responsibilities
- FeelGood & Campus Vibe: Cultivate a positive campus atmosphere, foster motivation and connection, and ensure adherence to 42's values.
- Person of Trust: Be available to assist students with issues and monitor their academic progress.
- Events & Leisure: Organize events like game nights and get-togethers to strengthen team spirit.
- Communication: Manage the weekly campus newsletter and keep everyone informed about campus news and events.
- Marketing & Social Media: Create content for social media channels, support campaigns, and increase visibility in online/offline media.
- Local Network: Build and maintain relationships with the local community, city officials, and partner companies.
Qualifications
- Experience: Proven experience in community management, marketing, event management, PR, or the hotel/hospitality industry.
- Personality: A natural 'people person' with an agile mindset, empathy, and a hands-on approach.
- Structure: Ability to work independently, stay organized, and manage tasks effectively in busy situations.
- Communication: Excellent written and verbal communication skills, acting as an authentic brand ambassador.
- Mobility: Willingness to travel occasionally for campus exchanges or other related activities.

- Languages: Excellent German and very good English are required.
- 42 Expertise: Knowledge of the 42 concept is advantageous.
- Digital Savvy: Proficient with standard office tools and social media platforms.
