Role Overview
The Node AWS Software Engineer will architect scalable backend services and APIs, leverage AWS serverless services, and ensure high-quality code through agile practices and deep troubleshooting. This role involves analyzing data integrity challenges, collaborating with diverse teams, and mentoring peers for technical growth.
Key Responsibilities
- Analyze and remedy data integrity issues in production systems.
- Design and implement scalable backend services using Node.js.
- Utilize AWS services including Lambda, API Gateway, DynamoDB, and RDS.
- Collaborate with clients, engineers, designers, and managers.
- Participate actively in agile processes and planning sessions.
- Mentor team members and support technical practice communities.
Minimum Qualifications
Expertise in Node.js, AWS serverless services, RESTful API design, and agile methodologies. Strong OOP, SOLID principles, familiarity with OWASP, and high-level design using UML/C4/ArchiMate are essential.
Additional Experience Desired
Experience with microservices, containerization using Docker, CI/CD pipelines, Kubernetes orchestration, and architectural design patterns. Excellent problem-solving, clear communication, and a proactive attitude are key.
