Role Overview - Product Associate
This hybrid role supports the On-Chain Digital Asset Management team by focusing on execution, coordination, and product delivery. You will work closely with the On-Chain Digital Assets Strategist and Product Manager to turn high-level strategies into actionable plans and maintain operations post-launch.
Key Responsibilities
- Product Execution & Operations: Support product design, launch, and management; handle day-to-day operations and documentation.
- Research & Analysis: Conduct market and protocol research, draft proposals and internal memos, analyze DeFi and on-chain mechanics.
- Partner & Vendor Coordination: Communicate with external vendors and partners, manage outreach and due diligence processes.
- Internal Collaboration: Work cross-functionally to build workflows, SOPs, and support senior team strategy.
What We Are Looking For
- Crypto-native with hands-on on-chain experience, including DeFi and self-custody.
- 1-3 years digital assets experience with at least 1 year active on-chain transactions.
- Highly independent, organized, and able to manage multiple workstreams.
- Operational mindset with strong research and clear written communication skills.
Compensation and Benefits
Competitive compensation with a discretionary bonus, with a salary range of 70,000-90,000 CAD. Additional perks include a remote-first flexible work environment, collaborative culture, annual company offsites, birthdays off, unlimited vacation, and supportive parental leave.
