Role Overview

The Analyst, Commercial Strategy & Operations role is part of the commercial strategy and operations team. This position supports the Firaxis studio and drives profitable growth by developing in-depth financial forecasts and strategic decision models. The analyst collaborates with internal teams to generate actionable insights and optimize existing business models.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and maintain sales and engagement forecasts.
  • Create detailed financial models and profitability analyses.
  • Incorporate managerial and accounting best practices into forecasting.
  • Prepare data for commercial reports, business reviews, and ad hoc analyses.
  • Support modeling and analysis of in-game/post-purchase economies.
  • Contribute to the creation of financial dashboards and reports.

Who We Are Looking For

Candidates should have 3+ years of experience in sales forecasting and financial analysis, preferably in video games, e-commerce, or mobile in-app economies. Expertise in Excel, Tableau, and Snowflake/SQL is essential. Excellent communication skills and the ability to work within a globally dispersed organization are a must.

Bonus Points

A passion for gaming, particularly strategy games such as Civilization and XCOM, is a plus.
