About Remote Customer Service Specialist

Specializing in website design, SEO, social media management, PPC advertising, reputation management, business credit building, and outsourced U.S.-based call center solutions, the company boosts visibility and revenue.

Tasks

As a Remote Customer Service Specialist, you will:

  • Provide inbound customer service support for client-specific inquiries.
  • Assist with account issues, fraud resolution, and general support.
  • Deliver accurate, confidential service and meet performance benchmarks.
  • Attend certification training and maintain service quality standards.

Note: A $30.00 Background Check Fee is reimbursed in the first paycheck.

Requirements

The candidate must have a computer with the following specifications:

  • Windows 10 or 11 PC with Intel i5+ or AMD Ryzen 3+ and 8 GB RAM
  • Hardwired Ethernet connection (no Wi-Fi)
  • USB headset with phone-quality audio
  • Hardwired keyboard and mouse
  • Smartphone for security verification
  • Hardwired telephone may be required for some programs
