Role: Remote Customer Service Specialist
As a Remote Customer Service Specialist, you will be a vital part of our team, providing exceptional support to our clients' customers. This role involves handling various inquiries, resolving issues efficiently, and maintaining high service quality standards from a remote setting.
Key Responsibilities
- Provide inbound customer service support for client-specific inquiries.
- Assist customers with account issues, fraud resolution, and general support.
- Deliver accurate, confidential service while consistently meeting performance benchmarks.
- Attend required certification training and actively maintain service quality standards.
Certification and Training
A 30.00 background check fee is required, which will be reimbursed in your first paycheck. Certification courses are scheduled with start dates on Sept. 9th 2025, Sept. 30th 2025, Oct. 6th 2025, and Oct. 14th 2025.
Requirements
- Computer with Windows 10 or 11 PC, Intel i5+ or AMD Ryzen 3+, and 8 GB RAM.
- Hardwired Ethernet connection (Wi-Fi is not permitted).
- USB headset with phone-quality audio.
- Hardwired keyboard and mouse.
- Smartphone for security verification.
- A hardwired telephone may be required for certain client programs.
