Clinical Case Design & Diagnostic Review Consultant
24-MAG is seeking experienced physicians for a specialized, part-time consulting opportunity. This remote role focuses on structured medical case design, diagnostic reasoning review, clinical evaluation, rubric development, healthcare response assessment, and high-quality project execution. You will leverage your medical expertise to create realistic diagnostic cases, evaluate clinical reasoning, prepare structured scoring criteria, and support accurate, evidence-based medical review tasks.
Key Responsibilities
- Diagnostic Case Design & Clinical Scenario Development: Create realistic diagnostic cases based on comprehensive patient information, requiring careful clinical reasoning and evidence-based decision-making.
- Rubric Development & Response Evaluation: Develop structured scoring rubrics and evaluate medical responses for diagnostic accuracy, reasoning quality, and guideline alignment.
- Medical Review & Research Team Support: Apply medical judgment to stress-test healthcare reasoning workflows, review clinical materials, and maintain accuracy and consistency.
Ideal Profile
- U.S.-based practicing physician with MD or equivalent medical qualification.
- 3+ years of medical experience in clinical practice, diagnostic evaluation, or patient care.
- Strong ability to create diagnostic cases and evaluate clinical reasoning with evidence-based standards.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English.
- Strong technical proficiency and comfort working in a remote project environment.
- Exceptional attention to detail, analytical thinking, and ability to follow structured instructions.
Educational Background
- MD or equivalent physician qualification is strongly preferred.
- Active or recent clinical practice experience is highly relevant.
