Role Overview

The Staff Security Engineer Corporate Security role focuses on designing, building, and leading scalable security programs that mitigate SaaS risk. You will work on technical risk analysis and process automation using tools like Python, Bash, Terraform, and CI/CD while working with a team driven by inclusion and technical excellence.

What We’re Looking For

• 7+ years of experience in IT or security focused on corporate security
• Expertise in designing scalable security programs and processes
• Experience in modeling SaaS threats and mitigating risks
• Strong scripting and automation skills including Python, Bash, and Terraform
• Excellent communication, collaboration, and leadership skills

What You Can Expect

As a technical lead, you will advance the Corporate Security program by:

• Defining vision and roadmap in collaboration with cross-functional teams
• Building secure automation pipelines and proactive risk mitigations
• Collaborating with IT, procurement, and GRC for consistent SaaS security
• Participating in security audits, vendor assessments, and threat detection
• Mentoring team members and fostering a culture of technical excellence

Additional Information

This is a remote opportunity available within Canada and the US. Depending on incident severity, there may be occasional work during nights or weekends.
