Job Overview

The Senior Revenue Strategy Analyst role at 1Password is embedded within the CRO organization on the RevOps Insights team. This position focuses on Go-To-Market (GTM) analytics by delivering high-impact analyses, developing executive dashboards, and providing strategic insights to guide revenue growth through upsell and new business initiatives.

Responsibilities

• Partner with GTM leaders to translate complex data into clear insights.
• Write and optimize SQL queries and maintain dbt models.
• Develop dashboards using Salesforce, Looker, Hex, or Tableau.
• Collaborate with Data Engineering for scalable data pipelines.
• Define and track key GTM performance indicators.
• Manage multiple projects and drive measurable business impact.

Requirements

• 5+ years of experience in SaaS or GTM analytics.
• Proficiency in SQL and experience with dbt.
• Ability to create executive-ready dashboards and insights.
• Strong foundation in statistics, forecasting, and predictive modeling.
• Proven collaboration with senior GTM leaders and stakeholders.
