About the Role

The Senior Executive Assistant, CTO is responsible for organizing and prioritizing the CTO’s time and serving as a liaison among internal and external partners, executive leadership, and key stakeholders.
Key Outcomes and Responsibilities
- Ensure the CTO focuses on high-impact priorities through proactive communication.
- Provide strategic and operational support by coordinating complex initiatives.
- Manage and optimize calendars, travel arrangements, and meeting preparations.
- Develop strong professional relationships to anticipate needs and support decision-making.
- Collaborate with engineering and technology teams to reinforce leadership norms.
Required Experience & Skills
A minimum of 8+ years of full-time administrative or executive support experience is required. The ideal candidate has supported C-level executives in fast-paced technology organizations and is adept at managing complex calendars, coordinating travel, and executing projects with meticulous attention to detail. Proficiency in Google Workspace, Zoom, Slack, and Notion is essential. Strong communication, problem solving, and organizational skills are a must.
