Role Overview

The Senior Customer Success Manager guides enterprise-level Teams and Business customers through established best practices in the 1Password lifecycle. Acting as a customer champion, you will be responsible for managing a book of business, providing product-based solutions, and working closely with Onboarding and Account Management teams.

What We're Looking For

  • Book of Business Management: 5+ years experience in SaaS or tech environments, managing customer relationships and forecasting account health.
  • Product Knowledge: Quick learner, adept in providing product-based solutions and translating technical terms for customers.
  • Customer Engagement: Experience in conducting Business Reviews and executing success plans using various communication tools.

What You Can Expect

In your first month, you will gain in-depth knowledge of the product and Customer Success processes. By month 3, you will guide customers through their journey and build lasting relationships. By month 6, you will have established a steady book of customers and influenced broader organizational processes.

Salary & Benefits

USA-based roles offer an annual base salary between $90,000 and $122,000 USD, and Canada-based roles range between $85,000 and $115,000 in CAD. The role is commission-eligible, comes with robust benefits, equity grants, and incentive programs.
