Role Overview

The Senior Customer Success Manager guides large/enterprise-level customers through best practices in the 1Password lifecycle, working closely with Onboarding and Account Management teams. This role champions customer needs and drives improvements across the Customer Success organization.

What We're Looking For

  • Book of Business Management: 5+ years managing a SaaS or tech book of business.
  • Product Knowledge: Ability to quickly learn, adapt, and provide product solutions.
  • Customer Engagement: Skilled in business reviews and success plan execution.
  • Communication: Proficient with virtual collaboration tools and executive-level conversations.

What You Can Expect

Month 1: Learn our product, processes, CRM and guide a high-potential customer through part of the Customer Success journey.

Month 3: Lead customers through their success journey, collaborate with onboarding and account management, and report valuable feedback.

Month 6: Develop your personal approach, build a book of customers with success plans, and influence broader Customer Success metrics.

Compensation and Benefits

For USA-based roles, the base salary is between 90,000 USD and 122,000 USD; for Canada-based roles it is between 85,000 CAD and 115,000 CAD. This role is commission-eligible and includes immediate participation in comprehensive benefits programs, equity grants, and incentive programs.
