Position Overview
Reporting to the Principal HRBP, the HR Business Partner will partner closely with business units to advance strategic goals. You will serve as the primary point of contact for advising on performance management, career development, and engagement for your client groups. You will also coach managers, support leadership, and analyze team health and culture.
What We’re Looking For
- 2–4+ years of HR Business Partner experience, preferably in tech.
- Experience with distributed and remote teams.
- Growth mindset with ability to navigate ambiguity.
- Excellent EQ, listening, and communication skills.
- Familiarity with HRM tools and AI integration.
Bonus Points
Preference for candidates based in Austin.
