About the Backend Developer Role
This role is perfect for individuals with 2+ years of software development experience who are passionate about coding best practices and tackling moderately complex problems. As a Backend Developer at 1Password, you will code, test, debug and maintain production software systems, collaborate closely with cross-functional teams, mentor junior members, and contribute to designing scalable solutions.
- Develop production software systems for new and existing features.
- Collaborate with teams to communicate technical requirements and solve problems.
- Mentor junior team members and engage in pair programming.
- Participate in planning, task estimation, and documentation.
- Stay updated with industry trends and be available for on-call support.
