Role Overview
The Account Specialist Activation supports our very small business customers. You will help onboard, guide, and ensure customer success through direct engagement, training webinars, and timely intervention using playbooks.
Key Responsibilities
- Address inbound customer requests professionally.
- Host training sessions and webinars on best practices.
- Monitor account health and execute intervention playbooks.
- Educate and coach customers on product configuration.
- Collaborate with internal teams to refine customer engagement.
What We're Looking For
2+ years experience in Customer Success or Account Management in a SaaS environment; strong communication skills; ability to simplify technical concepts; attention to detail; and willingness to engage with multiple customer projects simultaneously. Experience with cybersecurity, Salesforce, or Gainsight is a plus.
What You Can Expect
- Support a large, pooled customer portfolio.
- Deliver time-bound engagements across onboarding and activation.
- Guide customers through tailored training and configuration sessions.
- Monitor and address account health signals using playbooks.
- Collaborate across teams for swift customer issue resolution.
Compensation & Benefits
This role is commission-eligible. For USA-based roles, the base salary ranges from 62000 to 87000 USD annually; for Canada-based roles, from 58000 to 81000 CAD. Benefits include health, dental, retirement plans, paid time off, equity grants, and more.
