About the Role
1inch is a DeFi ecosystem building financial freedom for everyone. As the Digital Marketing Manager - DeFi Web3, you will focus on measurable user acquisition and conversion with data-driven performance marketing to scale the user base. You will work at the intersection of product and performance, transforming complex Web3 product launches into high-converting paid campaigns, lifecycle emails, and strategic growth partnerships.
Responsibilities
- Paid Growth: Run and optimize multi-channel ad campaigns to scale user acquisition.
- Performance Analysis: Track and improve campaign ROI, engagement, and conversion metrics.
- Lifecycle Marketing: Plan and execute automated email campaigns for product updates and retention.
- KOL Coordination: Manage influencer activations and track key creator outputs.
- Partnership Activation: Identify and execute co-marketing opportunities and paid media placements.
- Project Ownership: Maintain end-to-end timelines, deliverables, and documentation in Confluence.
- Cross-Team Synergy: Align with Brand, Product, and BD teams to support major integrations.
Requirements
- 3–5+ years in digital/growth marketing, preferably in Web3 or tech.
- Proven track record in running and scaling paid ad campaigns.
- Experience with email automation platforms such as Mailchimp, Brevo, or Hubspot.
- Skilled in using analytics tools like Google Analytics, Looker Studio, Mixpanel, or Dune.
- Strong project management and coordination skills for complex deliverables.
- Excellent communication skills with clear, concise English.
