Sales Campaign Specialist B2B - Campaign Design at 1&1 Telecommunication SE
As a Sales Campaign Specialist B2B – Campaign Design at our Düsseldorf, Karlsruhe, or Montabaur locations, you will be responsible for the strategic conception of data-driven B2B campaigns. You will identify customer potential, develop targeted marketing approaches, and translate business goals into effective campaign concepts across the entire customer journey. In this role, you will work closely with Product Management, Marketing, and Value Management, actively shaping the further development of our business customer segment.
- Identify opportunities and potentials within the B2B customer base and develop measures to increase customer value, retention, and growth.
- Strategically conceptualize segment-specific B2B campaigns, including offer and tariff logic, in close coordination with Product Management.
- Define target groups and customer segments and develop tailored marketing approaches.
- Take responsibility for campaign design across mobile and fixed-network products.
- Develop cross-selling and upselling strategies in the B2B environment.
- Derive data-based recommendations for action based on analyses, A/B tests, and performance evaluations.
- Collaborate closely with Marketing, Customer Operations, and other interfaces.
Your Profile
- Completed degree (e.g., Business Administration, Marketing, Psychology or similar).
- Several years of experience in CRM, Marketing, or Customer Value environments, ideally in B2B.
- Strong analytical competence and experience with business cases, pricing, and tariff logics.
- Experience in the conception of data-driven campaigns.
- Structured way of working, strategic thinking, and a strong sense for sales potential.
- Very good German language skills.
