About the role
About the Role
We're looking for a Graphic Designer with hands-on experience creating for DTC / eCommerce brands who can concept, design, and iterate on high-performing ad creatives that drive engagement, strengthen our brand, and support marketing growth.
Design is one of our most important growth levers, especially across paid social and digital marketing. Right now, design work is fragmented and slows down creative output. This role exists to bring consistency, speed, and quality to our visual production process.
As our Graphic Designer, you will develop and produce polished visual assets ready for distribution across multiple platforms, helping the marketing team ship better creative, faster.
This Role Is NOT for You If
- Your experience is primarily in print design
- You have not worked with DTC / eCommerce brands or performance-driven creatives
- You are not comfortable using AI image generation tools as part of your daily workflow
What Youll Be Responsible For
- Developing creative concepts and designing ad visuals from brief to final deliverable
- Generating and iterating on visuals using AI image generation tools
- Adapting and editing existing designs, copy swaps, layout variations, resizes, and format adjustments
- Replicating and iterating on existing design styles and creative references
- Exporting and formatting design deliverables optimized for different platforms
- Maintaining consistent visual quality and brand style across all creative output
- Editing and producing AppLovin End Cards optimized for mobile ad performance
- Creating and editing GIFs for use across paid social and digital marketing channels
- Designing and adapting website images - banners, landing page visuals, and promotional graphics
- Designing and iterating on packaging designs in line with brand guidelines and campaign needs
- Organizing and managing design project files and asset libraries
This Role Does NOT Include
- Content strategy or campaign planning
