Growth Marketing Manager
11:11 Systems is seeking a Growth Marketing Manager to lead demand generation and marketing automation efforts. This role is crucial for building a scalable sales pipeline through data-driven campaigns and optimizing our marketing automation infrastructure. You will collaborate with various teams to create effective campaigns that drive conversions.
Responsibilities
- Own end-to-end demand generation campaigns, from planning and segmentation through execution, follow-up, and performance reporting.
- Act as the primary executor and best-practices champion for Pardot, managing emails, landing pages, forms, smart lists, lead nurturing, and list management.
- Partner with the CMO and VP, Growth Marketing to translate business priorities into marketing automation strategy.
- Track and optimize lead conversion across the full funnel, identifying bottlenecks and implementing improvements.
- Collaborate with Business Development and Sales teams to develop and maintain a high-impact campaign calendar.
- Build and deliver regular performance reports linking marketing programs to pipeline and revenue outcomes.
- Operate in accordance with 11:11’s Code of Business Ethics and Company Values.
- Handle company data and information responsibly, adhering to data handling agreements and policies.
- Review and follow company policies, guidelines, and data privacy practices, including compliance training.
- Perform additional duties as assigned.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s Degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field, or equivalent professional experience.
- 5+ years of B2B or growth marketing experience, with a strong foundation in demand generation strategy and execution.
- 3+ years of hands-on experience with Salesforce and marketing automation platforms such as Pardot or HubSpot.
- Deep familiarity with marketing funnel metrics, lead lifecycle management, and MQL-to-opportunity conversion processes.
- Strong analytical skills to translate data into actionable recommendations for funnel improvement.
- Highly organized and process-driven, capable of managing multiple campaigns and priorities.
- Collaborative individual skilled at building relationships across Sales, Sales Operations, and Marketing teams.
- Must be legally eligible to work in the United States without visa sponsorship.
Compensation and Benefits
The base salary for this role ranges from $110,000 to $130,000. Actual pay is determined by factors such as skills, experience, certifications, and location. Individuals may also be eligible for variable incentives like bonuses or sales commissions.
