VP Operations - AI Trainer - Freelance
About The Role
10x.team connects expert freelancers with leading AI labs to advance next-generation intelligent models. We seek experienced VPs of Operations or senior operations executives based in the EU or UK to boost the quality, nuance, and authenticity of AI models focused on operational leadership and excellence.
What You Will Do
- Review and improve AI-generated content related to operations strategy, process optimization, change management, and organizational effectiveness.
- Evaluate AI outputs for realistic operational reasoning, practical relevance, and best practices alignment.
- Develop real-world operational scenarios and case studies from your professional experience.
- Create scenario variations from different operational perspectives (e.g., VP Operations, department head, stakeholder).
- Identify and address incomplete reasoning or gaps in AI-generated operational content.
In simple terms: You’ll help ensure that AI-created executive operations content reflects real-world best practices and decision-making, so the models can better support actual operational challenges.
Who You Are
- A senior-level operations executive (VP, COO, or department lead) with substantial experience in the EU or UK
- Highly familiar with leading large operations, optimizing processes, and driving organizational performance
- Skilled in assessing operational health, team dynamics, and execution efficacy
- Comfortable working independently and offering constructive feedback
- Available 8–20 hours per week with consistent communication
